Revert "Add a Code of Conduct (just copied from LambdaConf)"

This reverts commit 6f045f9349.

After talking to Thalheim and rain1, who both said that it was probably
a bad idea, I decided not to. Enforcement of community norms will have
to be on a case-by-case basis.
